Minimum purchase values for delivery
- Hong Kong Island: Free delivery if over $1200 Free, $500 to $1200 $90 delivery fee for purchase
- Kowloon: Free delivery if over $500 below $500, $50 delivery fee for purchase
- New Territories: Free delivery if over $ 1200 and $500 to $1200 $90 delivery fee for purchase
- Discovery Bay/outlying islands: Please contact us for details.
- Delivery day: Please contact us for details.
- All payments must be settled at the time of delivery.
- Please prepare exact amount on delivery. If change is required please inform us in advance.
- No cheque will be accepted.
- Our staff will contact you to agree on delivery service. Should the customer miss the delivery without notice (which should be made at least one day prior to the delivery day), the customer will be deemed to have used the delivery service. Please come to the shop to collect the order in person.
- If no elevator service is availabe for premises, we only deliver up to 4/th floor.
- If bad weather signal is in force (typhoon signal 3 above and red signal rain storm or whenever we have difficutly regardless to the weather warning) we shall not deliver.
Payment method: All customers are required to settle payment in cash upon delivery.
RETURN POLICY
- Products are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
- Please check your chilled / frozen products carefully. They are non-returnable once sold.
- No return or exchange for any goods with packaging that have been opened or used.
- Returns or exchanges will only be allowed when there is an intrinsic defect with the product.
- Shipping charges incurred in returns / exchanges will be borne solely by customers.
- Customers are strongly advised to check the conditions of the products before they leave our premises. Organic Twinkle Star cannot be held responsible for any complaints afterwards.
- For copyright reasons, books, toys etc. are strictly non-refundable.
In case of any disputes, Organic Twinkle Star reserves the right to make the final decision.
